brotherbeat's Soul Confusion was a monthly night I had in the East Village in a living room sized bar that no longer exists. It's also as close to an obvious brand as I can get. The genre thing bores me and it's easier to think of all music as soul music because that's where I feel it. brotherbeat's Soul Confusion became my long mix repository while I was in Barcelona and it will become the new home for my podcast. The Supper Table will become the place where I drop shorter mixes and musical experimentations I think worth sharing
